Dear Colleague,
The Global Economic History Network (GEHN) based at the Economic History Department of the London School of Economics is organising a conference on ŒCotton Textiles as a Global Industry, 1200-1850¹ to be held in mid November 2005 in Northern Italy. Please find attached our Mission Statement.
We are looking for papers covering the four major themes in the Mission Statement, as well as comparative papers across themes or geographic areas.
