Jeune historien ukrainien, Viacheslav Grekov a reçu une bourse du CNRS pour venir en février à Strasbourg chercher l’inspiration et les contacts nécessaires à son nouveau projet : valoriser le patrimoine industriel de sa ville, Kharkiv, lorsqu’elle sera reconstruite. Le laboratoire ARCHE (Université de Strasbourg) l’accueille pendant sa résidence et organise pour lui la Journée d’étude « Re-Use of Industrial Heritage in France and Ukraine », le 11 février à la Maison Interuniversitaire des Sciences de l'Homme – Alsace (entrée libre ou accès vidéo après inscription auprès de plyer AT unistra.fr; langues : français, anglais). Une exposition de photographies historiques du prestigieux « Kharkiv Institute of Physic and Technology » se tiendra dans le hall de la MISHA jusqu’au 27 février (entrée libre).

 

Viacheslav Grekov is a young Ukrainian historian who has been awarded a CNRS grant to seek in Strasbourg inspiration and contacts for his new project: to promote the industrial heritage of his city, Kharkiv, when it will be rebuilt. The ARCHE laboratory (University of Strasbourg) is hosting him during his monthly residency and organise for him a study day on ‘Re-Use of Industrial Heritage in France and Ukraine’, on 11 February at the Maison Interuniversitaire des Sciences de l'Homme - Alsace (free admission or video access after registering at plyer AT unistra.fr; languages of the conference: French, English). An exhibition of historical photographs from the prestigious Kharkiv Institute of Physic and Technology will be on display in the MISHA hall until 27 February (free admission).
