Hi,
I want to create a cis-pro peptide bond using the Project -> Data -> Cis
Proline patches Tab. I can see the table but when I click on any of the cells
nothing really happens to allow me to enter a residue number. When I play a
bit around I have the same thing with Disulfides or His Patches. Also when I
try to use other similar interactive settings, i.e. the Job Manager or the
Initial Structure Assembly, I cannot change anything,
Is there a trick that I am missing to set these parameters? Or do I need a
completely different way to add such parameters?
