Hello everyone,
Thank you all for the suggestions. I double checked that spin diffusion
correction was not enabled, and also for consistency in mapping during
conversion, which both appeared to be correct. Regenerating the peak/shift
list is what I'll be attempting next (need to search through archived data),
but before I do I thought I should mention that I am using solid state data
with no proton dimensions.
I only say this because Benjamin had brought up both proton/hetero dimensions
while I only have hetero1/2; could this be the issue? During conversion, my
spectrum type is set to "CC" which is what a previous member of our group had
used when performing conversions on carbon-carbon correlation spectra.
However, he was using an older version of aria (2.1 or 2.2) since this was ~10
years ago so I'm not sure if this is still the correct entry in this field for
aria 2.3.2.
